The MX29LV065MTC-90G is a 128m-bit single voltage 3v only uniform sector flash memory. It is organized as 16M bytes of 8 bits or 8M words of 16 bits. MXIC’s Flash memory offers the most cost-effective and reliable read/write non-volatile random access memory. The MX29LV065MTC-90G is packaged in 56-pin TSOP. The MX29LV065MTC-90G is designed to be reprogrammed and erased in system or in standard EPROM programmers.
